Villa Description
Villa Panorama is a pretty newly-built, part stone-clad, detached villa set high up on a hill with panoramic views of the sea and coastline. Situated on the well-known golf course development, it is well positioned within the development of Secret Valley, this property has another villa on one side, open space in front with views to the sea and views of the mountain range to the rear. The residential development at Secret Valley is new and there is some ongoing building work on the development, but not in the immediate vicinity of this villa and clients have an opportunity to stay at Secret Valley at an attractive introductory price.
The villa itself is brand new and very comfortably furnished, with plenty of windows to enjoy the views and a large open terrace leading to the private pool 8m x 4m x 1.7m depth with its walk-in steps. The garden is landscaped with flowering shrubs and topiary and has many paved areas, open and covered terraces. There is also a BBQ and covered car port.
The coastline in the area is remarkable and the famous “Petra tou Romiou”, the stunning rock formation reputed to be the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, is within 10 minutes drive. There are beaches all along this coastline, the nearest of which is within 5 minutes drive.
There is a restaurant at the Secret Valley Clubhouse (approx 2 kms) and there are a number of other restaurants available within 10 – 15 minutes drive, both along the road to Paphos and also in nearby Aphrodite Hills. Paphos itself, with its pretty marina and wide selection of restaurants, shops and bars and sightseeing, all situated around its harbour and fortress, is just 20 minutes drive away.
Ground floor: open plan living / dining room with satellite TV and open fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 1 double bedroom opening onto terrace, en suite shower room and small additional windowed room with baby cot. First floor: master double bedroom opening onto verandah, en suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms each with en suite shower room. All bedrooms have French windows, sea views and good cupboard space.
Maid service and linen change weekly. Cot and high chair available. Air conditioning and heating available in all rooms for additional charge of £10 per day payable in advance. Golf clubs available for hire on a limited first come-first serve basis, payable locally at €10 per set per day or €50 per week.
Any changeover day, minimum stay 7 nights between January 2010 and end March 2010. Min 5 nights for all other periods.
Linen: Included with towels.
