The private salt water pool is at the rear of the property and has roman steps and a covered outside dining area with BBQ, rotisserie and outside sink. Inside, the villa is spacious and the furnishings are of high quality, providing elegant accommodation in an airy environment. All bedrooms have their own TV and the villa is well-equipped with nice extras such a water cooler. The attractive resort of Latchi, once a traditional fishing village and now a thriving resort set around its pretty harbour and retaining its original charm, is just a few minutes drive away (approx 2 kms) and offers a beach, shops and a wide selection of restaurant serving fresh fish and international dishes. The larger town of Polis is just 10 minutes drive away and offers more shops and restaurants from rustic taverns to gastronomic Greek cuisine. Villa Elpida is just a few mins walk away (approx 200ms) from Villas Nicoletta and Sophia and can be combined with those villas to offer accommodation for a large party.

Villa in Greece Description Villa Panorama is a pretty newly-built, part stone-clad, detached villa set high up on a hill with panoramic views of the sea and coastline. Situated on the well-known golf course development, it is well positioned within the development of Secret Valley, this property has another villa on one side, open space in front with views to the sea and views of the mountain range to the rear. The residential development at Secret Valley is new and there is some ongoing building work on the development, but not in the immediate vicinity of this villa and clients have an opportunity to stay at Secret Valley at an attractive introductory price.
The villa itself is brand new and very comfortably furnished, with plenty of windows to enjoy the views and a large open terrace leading to the private pool 8m x 4m x 1.7m depth with its walk-in steps. The garden is landscaped with flowering shrubs and topiary and has many paved areas, open and covered terraces. There is also a BBQ and covered car port.
The coastline in the area is remarkable and the famous “Petra tou Romiou”, the stunning rock formation reputed to be the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, is within 10 minutes drive. There are beaches all along this coastline, the nearest of which is within 5 minutes drive.
There is a restaurant at the Secret Valley Clubhouse (approx 2 kms) and there are a number of other restaurants available within 10 – 15 minutes drive, both along the road to Paphos and also in nearby Aphrodite Hills. Paphos itself, with its pretty marina and wide selection of restaurants, shops and bars and sightseeing, all situated around its harbour and fortress, is just 20 minutes drive away.

Officially known as the Hellenic Republic, Greece is a state in the Mediterranean sea at the tip of the Balkan Peninsula with a population of just under 11 million inhabitants.
